The Professional provides recommendations based on her experience, but all final decisions, implementations, and resulting outcomes are the User’s sole responsibility.

Delays, failures, or project issues resulting from the implementation of recommendations

The objective is to provide observations, recommendations, and suggestions aimed at improving the portfolio’s clarity, impact, and coherence, without directly modifying its content or redesigning any assets on behalf of the user. 2. Scope of the Service The service includes exclusively: Review of the portfolio or material submitted by the user (in the accepted formats). Evaluation of organization, narrative, visual hierarchy, consistency, and overall presentation. Specific comments on opportunities for improvement. General recommendations to enhance the quality of the portfolio. Identification of potential clarity issues, redundancies, or weaknesses in reasoning. Observations regarding how the user’s value proposition is perceived and how their experience is communicated. The service does not include: Editing, redesigning, or fully reformulating the portfolio. Creating new visual assets, texts, case studies, or original pieces. Guaranteeing any result regarding hiring processes, interviews, or professional performance. Legal, commercial, or technical advice beyond the scope of portfolio review. 3. User Requirements To access the service, the user must: Provide a portfolio in a readable format (PDF, website, private link, etc.). Submit all material exclusively in Spanish or English, the only languages supported for this service. Ensure that the submitted content is their own work or that they possess the necessary rights to share it. If confidential content is included, provide anonymized versions or materials with proper permissions. 4. Delivery Method The feedback will be delivered in the format established for the service, which may be: Written document. Recorded video. Live remote review session. A combination of the above, depending on the selected modality. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated to the user in advance and may vary depending on workload or the complexity of the submitted portfolio. Any changes in timing will be communicated promptly. 5. Service Limitations All observations and recommendations reflect professional opinions based on best practices, experience, and design criteria, but no specific outcome is guaranteed. The service is limited to evaluating the material provided; if the user submits incomplete, unclear, or erroneous documentation, the quality of feedback may be affected. Comprehensive consulting, ongoing accompaniment, or personalized mentorship are not included unless part of another contracted service. 6. User Responsibility for Provided Information The user is solely responsible for the content submitted for review, including sensitive, confidential, or third-party–protected information. The service provider assumes no responsibility for the misuse of material that the user was not authorized to share. 7. Intellectual Property The provider does not acquire any rights over the user’s portfolio. The feedback deliverable (document, video, or recorded session) is the property of the provider, who grants the user a personal, non-transferable license for its use. Public distribution of the critique is not permitted without prior consent. 8. Scope of the Service The service includes exclusively: Review of design pieces or flows submitted by the user. Evaluation of usability, interaction patterns, visual hierarchy, and coherence with UX best practices. Identification of improvement opportunities related to clarity, structure, accessibility, or user experience. Recommendations for optimizing the overall design and aligning it with industry standards. Guidance on alternative approaches, potential refinements, and design rationale. The service does not include: Redesigning screens, flows, or assets. Creating new UI components, layouts, or design systems. Complete restructuring of the user’s product or design process. Development, prototyping, or technical implementation. Guarantees of business impact or measurable performance improvements. 3. User Requirements To access the service, the user must: Submit design files or documentation in a readable format (PDF, images, links, prototypes, or similar). Deliver materials in Spanish or English, the only languages accepted for this service. Ensure that the submitted material is their own or that they hold the rights necessary to share it. In case of confidential content, provide anonymized or restricted-access versions. 4. Delivery Method Feedback will be delivered using the format established for the service, which may include: Written report. Recorded video feedback. Live remote review session. A combination of the above, depending on the selected modality. Intellectual Property The provider does not acquire any rights over the user’s submitted design materials. Possible topics include, among others: Definition or refinement of professional goals. Clarification of professional profile and narrative. Job search strategies. Conceptual preparation for interviews. Identification of growth opportunities. Design of a realistic and applicable action plan. The service does not guarantee specific outcomes such as securing employment, promotions, salary increases, or concrete career changes. 2. Scope and Limitations of the Service The service does not include: Drafting, editing, or operational production of documents (CVs, portfolios, presentations, online profiles, etc.). Applying to jobs, managing referrals, or performing networking activities on behalf of the user. Psychological, financial, legal, or medical evaluation. Guarantees of results or measurable outcomes. Recommendations and guidance are based on professional experience and should be interpreted as guidance, not as mandatory instructions. 3. User Responsibilities The user must: Provide complete, honest, and updated information about their professional situation. Ensure that any optional materials submitted are relevant. Understand that subsequent decisions are their sole responsibility. Comply with schedules, standards of respect, and all conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions. 4. Accepted Materials If the user shares documents for conceptual analysis (CVs, professional profiles, or similar), they must be written in Spanish or English. The review will be strategic, not editorial or operational. 5. Delivery Method Sessions are synchronous and conducted via video call on the platform indicated at the time of booking. The duration of each session is communicated during the purchase process. The service is personal, individual, and non-transferable. 6. The service does not guarantee the availability of suitable candidates nor specific results regarding the future performance of selected individuals. 2. Scope and Limitations of the Service The service includes exclusively: Definition of the professional profile based on business needs. Conceptual evaluation of candidates through interviews. Analysis of strengths, risks, and fit for the role. A grounded recommendation regarding selection. Delivery of descriptive reports according to the contracted modality. Depending on the contracted modality, the service may include: Diagnosis of the team’s current state, roles, capabilities, processes, and internal dynamics. Strategic guidance for reorganization, growth, or role redefinition. Support for internal leaders or managers in key decision-making. Definition or refinement of workflows, rituals, documentation practices, and coordination processes. Conceptual evaluation of the team’s overall performance (not psychological assessments nor HR-style metrics). Recommendations on priorities, workload distribution, strategic focus, or design roadmap. Professional feedback on team deliverables to improve consistency and quality. The service does not include design execution, formal internal leadership, disciplinary supervision, or involvement in contractual or administrative decisions regarding employees. 2. Scope and Service Limitations The service includes exclusively: Conceptual analysis of team functioning. Strategic recommendations based on professional UX and Product Design criteria. Support in internal organizational decision-making. Conceptual review of processes, roles, and team dynamics. Guidance on best practices to improve efficiency and quality. The service does not include: Operational design execution (UI, prototypes, artifacts, documentation, etc.). Formal team leadership (head, director, or internal manager roles). Psychological, medical, or performance evaluations under HR methodologies. Recruitment, operational selection, or candidate screening. Technical implementation or development. Disciplinary supervision, conflict management, or administrative decisions. Guarantees of commercial outcomes, production speed, or measurable improvements. All recommendations are consultative in nature and must be interpreted as expert guidance, not as mandatory instructions or shared responsibility for subsequent decisions. 3. Client Responsibilities The client must: Provide complete and up-to-date information about the team, its members, roles, and context. Share all documents, processes, workflows, and materials necessary for analysis. Ensure that all submitted information is authorized for processing. Comply with scheduling requirements for sessions, meetings, and deliverables. Accept full responsibility for all internal decisions—structural, contractual, or disciplinary. Understand that outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the scope of the service. 4.
