I began with a high-level workflow to understand the overall structure and identify key moments in the process. From there, I worked closely with the BAs to dive deeper into each section. These conversations helped clarify details, dependencies, and edge cases that were not immediately visible at a surface level. Step by step, the sketches evolved into a clearer representation of how everything fit together. This phase required time and close collaboration, but it was crucial to reach a level of understanding that allowed informed design decisions. The outcome was a solid structural foundation aligned with ARCA processes, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to frequent legislative changes — a constant factor in the Argentine context.
