Old, Beta & Fuse

Five users took part in the testing sessions, representing different roles within the recruiting area: two recruiting managers and three recruiters, all from different companies. Overall, the sessions received very positive feedback. Participants responded well to the new information architecture and showed a clear understanding of the proposed structure. Several users also mentioned missing the Beta visual style, which opened an interesting conversation around consistency and visual expectations. The coexistence of multiple design systems generated some confusion during testing. All five users noticed the inconsistency, and four out of five expressed a preference for the Beta UI over the newer system. These reactions helped validate earlier concerns and reinforced the importance of alignment between structure, visuals, and user perception.
