From research to personas

Once the affinity diagram sessions concluded, clear patterns started to emerge. These insights were distilled into three user personas we would design for: Dario, “The trustworthy”; Lorena, “The hard worker”; and Paola, “Data entry”. At the same time, this exercise helped clarify which functionalities would be central to the product. The personas were not the result of a single, closed decision. As we continued reviewing and reorganizing notes, some assumptions were adjusted and refined. This iterative process allowed the personas to remain grounded in the research rather than becoming static representations.
